I own a M6742NEUH Asus Laptop, with 1,6Ghz Centrino Processor, ATI Mobile Radeon 9700 and a 60Gb H.D.. I tried to make a clean install of Windows Vista. I put the DVD in the laptop and after few seconds it appears a BSOD with the follow message "The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI compliant. please contatct your system vendor. Tech Info STOP: 0x00000A5 (0X00000003,0X808665504,0XC0140010,0X393E395F) I've some doubts about the fact that my BIOS is not fully ACPI compliant... the result is that I cannot install WIndows Vista on my laptop. lucio |
