I cannot get IE7 to download any files from Microsoft or from any other
sites. I also cannot view any videos. I receive the following error message
when trying to download from the internet:
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested
site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.
I am afraid to uninstall IE7 because it might not download.
Help!!!!

This is frequently caused by an incompatible browser add-on. The
troubleshooting steps described below will help you to diagnose and fix
the problem:

(Give the Guided Help a try.)

Problems with Internet Explorer can also be caused by the presence of
viruses or other malicious software.
