I always have wondered why IE never supported themes as FireFox did? I heard
many comments that IE8 is great with features except that it doesnt have
themes enabled, where people can design themes for the browser and that's why
they are sticking to FireFox

Maybe the full version of IE8 should have themes enabled

Themes are a cosmetic thing. They take up resources, and unless you have
resources to waste, it's better to keep them at a minimum.
