I Have problem of configurating orange email in windows Mail. It always
asking username and password but never able to login. I not revieved my
emails in windows Mail. I need to go on Orange to check if I have e-mails
Compte : 'J V M', Serveur : 'pop.orange.fr', Protocole : POP3, R�ponse du
serveur : '-ERR [AUTH] Invalid login/password pair', Port : 110, S�curis�
(SSL) : Non, Erreur de serveur : 0x800CCC90, Num�ro d'erreur : 0x800CCC92

Check the PW & UName are typed correctly at tools>accounts>select
account>properties>server tab?
look for lower - higher case letters, comma instead of full stop etc

Either you are entering the wrong username/password, or else that
account is corrupted. One thing you might try as a possible quick fix
is to delete that corrupted account, restart Windows Mail, then=20
recreate that mail account. If that doesn't fix it, more drastic=20
measures will have to be taken.

That type of account corruption is often caused by interference from
a non-compatible antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running?
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus must be turned off,=20
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.
In a worst case scenario, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled.

If turning off the email scanning function does not resolve your =
problem,
consider upgrading to Windows Live Mail, because it is less prone to=20
suffering bad effects from overly aggressive antivirus programs.
