I have the same problem: Windows Vista Ultimate running on an iMac 1. HP smart web printing was not loaded nor appeared referenced anywhere on the machine 2. I loaded the latest version of HP smart web printing. Did not fix the problem. 3. I completely removed HP smart web printing. Did not fix the problem. 4. I ran Explorer without add-ons. Did fix the problem. 5. I want my add-ons, none of which appear to have anything to do with HP. James |
