I've installed the 64 bit IE 8 Beta 2 and I am trying to remove it but =
it doesn't appear in the Add/Remove programs (I wonder why...??)

You need to go back to the web site you downloaded IE8 and
read the instructions.

Depending on your used OS, it shows up as update and not as program, so
check if you have ie8 shown as option after you select "View installed
updates"
