I keep getting a Runtime Error when I get my mail. Not every time, but most of the time. It causes windows mail to shut down and when I restart it it redownloads the messages again. Sometimes it does it more than once causing me to have 3 or 4 copies of each message but I can't read them because it keeps shutting the program down. I restart the computer and then get my mail again and it is usually OK, but I would like to resolve the problem. I will copy and paste the error message below, if anyone has experienced this please let me know if it can be fixed. Runtime error! Program:C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsMail\WinMail.exe This application has requsted the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information and it closes |
