Who provides your connection to the Internet? If that is other than TalkTalk, see this article on port 25 blocking: http://www.postcastserver.com/help/Port_25_Blocking.aspx The solution is to substitute the SMTP server belonging to the connection provider. --=20 Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "Debbie Ives" <theives@talktalk.net> wrote in message = news:OYeZjwmDJHA.3484@TK2MSFTNGP05.phx.gbl... >I cannot send emails >=20 > Error > The connection to the server has failed 'pop3.talktalk.net' Server:=20 > 'mail.talktalk.net', > Protocol: SMTP, Port:25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error=20 > Number:0x800CCC0E >=20 > Debbie Ives=20 > |
