How can I view internet history pages from yesterday or later using IE7 OFF
LINE?
I used to be able to to this in earlier versions of IE
Kind regards

In which OS? Much of the functionality is still there in XP.
I don't use Vista and don't know much about it.

Which "earlier versions of IE"? After IE4 lots of things changed
in this area. On the client side IE was made to be more responsive
to a site's no-cache directives and page expiry times, to help protect
their copyright and ensure that users got the latest content (including
fresh ads to pay for that content.) On the server side many more sites
started using dynamic HTML which meant that there was even more use
of no-cache or quick expiry times.

The days of offline browsing with most sites are over.
But if you can still find some which let all all content be cached
you can still use them offline and even "subscribe" to them
to download them sight unseen for offline viewing similar to before,
just not using any UI in IE. E.g. start from %windir%\Offline Web Pages
Hmm... looks like in IE8 they have even removed use of environment
variables in the IE Address bar, so you have to provide your explicit path
if you want to do even that from IE8. The above string still works in IE7
and opens an Explorer window.
