Outlook on my laptop stopped allowing me to get email, but would allow the email on my PC. I followed the steps below on both computers, which are now getting email. I'm now receiving TWO of the same emails on my PC, but one on my laptop. I have Vista. My laptop was infected with a Trojan virus which Norton has taken care of, hopefully. Would this have caused the problem? How do I get only one email on my PC and laptop as well?
