I have my yahoo mail coming in thru window live. it has been working fine but all of a sudden i am unable to send messages, pictures, music files, nothing..i have not changed the settings and my ypops in on.. my norton pops up saying unable to send but it will not let me copy the error message..when i try to send a message on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen an envelope pops up with a blue arrow moving up and down.......what can i do to fix my problem???thank you |

Norton, huh? Get rid of it, it is the biggest problem source known for Windows Mail. Uninstall it, run Norton's debris removal tool to clean up all the trash the uninstaller leaves behind, then do a custom re-install and don't install anything related to email scanning.
