We have installed a new modem (Linksys Wireless-G ADSL Home Gateway) and
althought we have followed all the help instructions we could find, are
unable to sign in to messenger. Under connection options it indicates that we
are directly connected to .NET messenger services. All the tests are
successful and we have checked our firewalls to make sure that messenger is
not blocked, but we are still unable to sign in to WLM. We are able to sign
in to MSN Messenger and Skype. Our computer runs on Windows Vista operating
system. Please can someone help.
