Sometime ago I somehow changed the default title/menu bar in Live Messenger
to one more like for other windows. My Live Messenger window also now has a
File, Contacts, Actions, Tools, and Help menu.

I don't remember how I changed it to this setting, (it was an accident) but
it was by some keypress I believe, however I cannot figure out how to change
it back.

Greetings,

The setting for this is accessed in the main Messenger window by clicking the last toolbar
option (looks like a menu with a cursor), and choosing 'Show the menu bar'.
