A few days ago, My computer got infected with a virus (I don't know which one), but my anti-virus system automatically removed it. During the viruses's activation process, it changed my background to a plain blue screen. Now, whenever I try to change the background, I gat this message: "THIS FEATURE HAS BEEN DISABLED please contact your system administrator for details". I am the sole account on this computer, and so, I am the admin. I can still access admin-level areas, such reg edit, device management, etc, but I can't change my desktop background. I am currently running Windows Vista Home Premium. |
