Hello, I use Ms Onenote + Vista pro both french edition on my Fujitsu tablet pc. I'd like an improved recognition engine, as the one used by vista in French makes always the same mistakes regarding my way of writing. I've heard the English version of Vista has a system that "learns" how the writer write some letters. From what i know, this system is not available for the french version. My question is to know if it would be possible to install Vista + Onenotes in English in place of the french versions, + the french dictionnary. Following this, i hope to be able to write in french using the improved recognition engine. I don't mind using the english versions of the softs. Will it be ok ? Does it worth the change ? Thanks for any information, Patrick |

AFAICS installing English versions would not help you in so far as the detection would not work for the french specifica. It would only work for you if you'd write in English. Rainald |
