Issue: I have 2 images that we use for our tablets. The images were created
using SYSPREP and Ghost. Once the image is dropped onto a machine and the
machine is booted for the first time, once it gets to the Computer Name input
screen the TIP is blank. It IS there, however, there are no icons, nor are
there any keys. The floating tip is also not there when in a dialogue field.
I just have a large blue rectangle. It does have a title bar. I can resize
is via mouse in any direction, but it is not usable. Fortunately, we always
image from a dock, so I have a KB to use, but I would like to find out what
causes this. Once the machine is named and restarts, we have had no issues
whatsoever with them...
