Google TweakUAC

It will stop most of the prompts and still leave you with IE in
protected mode.

Hi Spikey,

Usually you can change its settings via ControlPanel> Administrative
Tools> Local Security Policy> Local Policys> Security Options...

However you can use this free utility to change the settings more
easily, just set UAC to "Quiet Mode"...'Disable annoying Vista UAC
popups with TweakUAC (FREE)' (http://www.tweak-uac.com/home/)
