Click start, and type : services.msc hit enter Turn off the Windows Firewall service. In the IE browser, Tools menu, point at "Popup Blocker" and then check the "Turn OFF popup blocker" item -- Please use the Communities guidelines when posting. http://www.microsoft.com/wn3/locales/help/help_en-us.htm Use the "Ratings" feature.
