I switched from Windows Mail to Windows Live Mail and everything is working

Kan de host pop3 niet vinden. Controleer of u de naam van de server juist
hebt opgegeven.
Account: 'pop3', Server: 'pop3', Protocol: POP3, Poort: 110,
Beveiligd(SSL): Nee, Socket-fout: 11001, Foutnummer: 0x800CCC0D

"pop3" is not a valid name for a mail server. Consult your mail
provider for the correct mail server names.

The .@ part of the address doesn't look normal. Check if it's correct.
Both characters are common in email addresses, but not next to each
other.
