I have Roadrunner that Has always worked but all of a sudden I try to get my email and it asked for login and password. I use a blackberry that stil receives all of my email. Here is the error message.. Account: 'pop-server.bak.rr.com', Server: 'pop-server.bak.rr.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR a user name MUST be entered', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC91. Any suggestions. |

The account may be corrupted. Delete that mail account, restart Windows Mail, then recreate the account. Account corruption is often caused by a non-compatible antivirus. Which antivirus are you running?
