Assuming Internet Explorer is your favorite browser, do this: Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item: "Set your default programs." After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Internet Explorer". If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its = defaults" then fix it by clicking on the option indicated by the first green = arrow.=20 --=20 Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "puppymom" <puppymom@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message = news:BC4EFFC4-4472-4AF0-91CD-62651CAEBE1F@microsoft.com... > when I try to open a link in an emal , message pops up and says = application=20 > not found. this is a new problem |
