I am having the same exact problem as Kerri with the same error message. It started earlier this weekend. I have contacted my ISP who say the my settings are correct. I have contacted Norton because originally my error message came through Norton. We have uninstalled this to confirm it was not the problem. Now my error message is the same as Kerri is receiving. I'm thinking that the problem might be with some windows/microsoftt updates that I downloaded last week. This is very discouraging and any help that you can give will be greatly appreaciated. Even if the only help is to tell me who to contact in microsoft as I can find no mention of Windows mail in there contact solutions. |

Please copy the error message and post it here.
