I created an user with Administrator rights, and when I try to
release the IP Address using this user I get this message: "The requested
operation requires elevation".
Any ideas why it wont release the IP Address?

Thank you.

Because even though your user has administrative privileges, it still needs
elevation. BTW, you should be using Standard accounts for every day work.

To run ipconfig from either a Standard or Administrator user account:

Start Orb>Search box>type: cmd
When cmd appears in Results above, right-click it and choose "run as
Administrator".
