Hello: I have a Buffalo Linkstation Pro NAS which I am trying to use for Vista native backup. I can see the drive in the backup dialogue, but I am blocked by a challenge for user name and password. I am logged in as administrator without any password assigned to my account. I have tried every combination of user name without success. I can see and access the drive in Windows Explorer. I would greatly appreciate explanation for this challenge and solution when logged in as admin and no password is assigned to account. Thank you -- Rob |
