I cannot get the bottom of the options screen to move up to allow access to
all of the options.

If the top of the options screen isn't all the way to the top of your
monitor screen, put your mouse arrow in the top margin of the options
screen, hold down the left mouse button and drag the screen upwards.

Hi Shella,

Depress alt+space+m, then use the arrow keys to move the window up. Hit
<enter> when it's where you want it.
