I have a Laserjet 1200 printer with the scanner attachmet. I plugged it into a USB port on my Windows Vista Home Premium PC and Vista installed the printer driver and prints fine. However, it does not see it as a scanner. Is there a way to install the scanner drivers? -- Thanks, Jefferson2008 |

Check the model number of the printer, the LaserJet 1200 appears to be purely a printer, according to the HP website: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=29790&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=29789&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=2093 -- Cari (MS-MVP) Printing & Imaging www.coribright.com/windows "Jefferson2008" <Jefferson2008@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:DF50F4AD-939A-4259-9813-DB3186EE8D57@microsoft.com... >I have a Laserjet 1200 printer with the scanner attachmet.
