I have a file in the /windows/system32 folder that has zero bytes. It is SLWGA.DLL and appears to be needed for the Desktop Windows Manager. I have another copy of SLWGA.DLL from another computer and was going to replace the bad version. However, when I delete it the machine says I do not have enough rights - the destination folder will not permit it (and I have tried to move it somewhere where rights are not restricted.) I am logged in as administrator (and the only user on the machine.) 1. Is there a better way to fix this? 2. How can I replace this file - why am I restricted from deleting it? Thanks |
