Every time I try to sign up on Windows Live using my company email address I get the following error message. We are working to fix a temporary problem with our sign-up service. Please try again. Error code: 100 Error code:100:(0x800482d4::)::Wed, 2 Jul 2008 21:59:50 UTC Is someone really working on this? How can we get this resolved so that we can sign up to use the Live Messenger? |

Greetings David, Where exactly are you seeing this? I ask because the default Live ID wizard doesn't allow you to use your own e-mail address anymore and forces you to create a Hotmail.com or Live.com account. However, old wizard still works and I just made one there with one of my e-mail addresses. The old one can be found at: http://register.passport.net, and clicking the 'Get started now' under the 'Use an e-mail address you already have' header. -- Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Live Messenger MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger MessengerGeek Blog: http://www.messengergeek.com Messenger Resources: http://messenger.jonathankay.com (c) 2008 Jonathan Kay - If redistributing, you must include this signature or citation -- "David" <David@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:23C58286-5464-4DB0-9259-06DB77C5640B@microsoft.com... > Every time I try to sign up on Windows Live using my company email address I > get the following error message. > > We are working to fix a temporary problem with our sign-up service. > Please try again. > Error code: 100 > > Error code:100:(0x800482d4::)::Wed, 2 Jul 2008 21:59:50 UTC > > Is someone really working on this?
