I'm trying to update to V. Ultimate, and after inserting the upgrade cd and running the program from Windows, I find that the Upgrade option is disabled, leaving me only with the clean install option. Can anybody point me to some directions for an upgrade installation, since I don't want to do a clean one and lose my programs and files. Thanks in Advance |

If Service Pack 1 for Windows Vista is currently installed, you'll need to uninstall it before upgrading to Ultimate. -- Carey Frisch Microsoft MVP Windows Desktop Experience - Windows Vista Enthusiast --------------------------------------------------------------- "Pepe" <Pepe@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:84831671-99F9-4795-9102-905AA2DE03A5@microsoft.com...
