hey im having problems installing the windows live messenger, everytime i press install a little screen comes up saying i cant install it because i first have to remove the existing Windows Messenger (which i did) then reinstall the Windows live Messenger.. some sort of code comes up to .. something like WH11.. i dont know the rest. what do i do?! |

Greetings, The first thing we need is the exact error code and message you're seeing.
