WHEN I TRY TO DELETE THE FILE IT SAYS THAT IT WAS NOT FOUND AND TO VERIFY THE

You've given us very little to go on, but...

Was this a file that you deleted very recently? One that still shows up in
Search but really isn't there? Since Search's indexer works only in the
background so as not to interfere with what we are doing in the foreground,
it sometimes takes several days for it to catch up with some of our recent
changes. Give it some "idling" time (turned on but not busy with foreground
activities) and see if the situation clears up.

If I've not guessed correctly what you meant, please post back with at least
a few details. (And lose the ALL CAPS, so that we won't think you are
SHOUTING at us.)
