I'm currently using VS 2008 Standard. When I try to type anywhere on
a web page it appears as proper (First Letter Capital). I'm not sure
if changed a setting or something, but where can I turn this off?

What, almost as if you have "text-transform:capitalize" in some CSS
somewhere?
