I've been reading other postings about stationary. Am I to understand that
the stationary that I downloaded into my Wndows Vista E-mail is not going to
show to most people receiving it even though it shows for me? I've tried
sending it to my own hotmail account and it comes up as an attachment??

You need to ask in an appropriate Windows group. This is a .NET
programming group.

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here to find an appropriate
group:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx

Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows,
open the Windows Vista category, then find a group there to post in.

Stationary - means you're not moving.

Stationery - something to write upon.

Which one are you?

Staionary is mostly a big waste of band width. What looks good to you may
look like cat barf to me, and vice verse. Your monitor is not my monitor
and most likely even if it were, is my video adapter the same, with the same
processor, the same amount of memory and even the same rev firmware. Is my
mail reader the same? The same rev? etc. etc. etc. All of those contribute
to your pretty stationary turning into a gray blob on my monitor coverig up
your pretty teal font, leaving me an unreadible greenish smudge to read.
