Hi,

I downloaded vs2008 trial and going to purchase it to make applications and
sell it. I have many questions

1- Is there any other requirement to be legal?

2- Can vs2008 license cover vs6 (even if I have to pay extra fees?)

3- Do I have to have trading license to sell my applications, as I am person
not company?

4- Can I start selling in the 90 days trial?

5- How to give my customers license to use my applications

Regards

I'm not a lawyer but...

It depends on what you mean by being legal. From MS point of view it
should be enough that you have the licenses necessary to use their
products. Local laws might impose additional requirements.

Probably not, but check with MS sales department.

That is regulated by local laws, but I think that most countries allow
persons to engage in commerce.

Probably not, but read the trial license to be sure.

Formally your costumers gives you money and in return they get some kind
of evidence that they have purchased a license to use your software, and
that is it. If you want to build some kind of mechanism to enforce a
license (like requiring a CD-key or such) you have some more work to do.
There are many ways to do it, search the net for more information.
