This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

------=_NextPart_000_001E_01C8C737.EA8F07B0
Content-Type: text/plain;
charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

When trying to access http://blogs.msdn.com I get an 403 http error, see
below.

I get the error on every page, using IE7 or Firefox3, also can't synch blog
feeds with FeedDemon.
Don't have any problems with other web sites though, be it MS or others.
I can access all MSDN pages, also MSDN downloads are working (I am a Premium
subscriber).

Any idea what I could do?

thanks, Robert

I am having the problem since 2 weeks.
When using a proxy (eg. http://www.hotspotshield.com) I can connect.
I also posted this to the Wintech group 10 days ago, and Craig Andera
forwarded it to MSDN - no answer so far.

regards, Robert
