Anyone else having trouble with MSDN downloads? I'm getting: An Error Has Occurred There was an unexpected error while retrieving your benefit data and we cannot process your request. I've just renewed my subscription so I'm suspicious... Rob. |

It did insist on installing a new version of the DL manager before allowing me to download (I'm running Vista SP1). |
