Hi There, Have been watching my desktop icons get more and more generic and similar looking with each new Vista update. Now, I practically can't tell one item from the next. In XP, I used a very nice free program called Activ-Icons but it doesn't seem to work in Vista, even using the compatibility tool. Nonetheless, there must be a way to change icons because there are tons of very nice looking Vista icons on the net. Does anyone know how to do this? I really don't want to BUY a program for this when a free program worked perfectly well in XP. Thanks, HC -- hicotton Posted via http://www.vistaheads.com |
