This is going to be very hard to describe, but I'll do the best I can. We have a vendor whos site/product is written mainly in javascript. For one of the functions/pages that we visit, the page is broken into two halfs, vertically, left and right. The left side (displays text only) shows completely, while the right side (user input form) loads only a few headers, but none of the input fields or submit buttons, etc. No errors display, simply no form input at all. Now this is where its goofy. This is not based on user setup as the user can move to a computer on another desk, 10 feet away, and it will work. No other customers have reported this issue to them so it seems to be something with our 'setup'. However when comparing computers, browser versions, memory, Service Packs, IE settings, (Everything we can think of!!) nothing is different. I know its a stretch, but has anyone ever heard of such an issue, and more importantly, has a solution ever been found. Thanks in advance! |
