I can receive mail just fine but I can't send mail using windows mail when I'm connected to a network other than my home network. This is the error message I get when I try to send mail: The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Unsubscribe from MemberPerk Emails', Account: 'insight.mail.com', Server: 'mail.insightbb.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E I have AVG anti-virus and I have tired uninstalling it and the problem still occurs. My service provider is Insight Communications and I haven't found any useful information on their website. Any ideas?? Thanks |
