I havent found any similar problems after searching the web i hope this can
be looked at ASAP.

I have been using my MSN account for many years now... I connected initially
using my "existing e-mail " which is @canada.com

I have been sending SMS to one contact many times and it always worked most
of the time.

now all of sudden, SMS always gives me the error " The following message
could not be delivered to all recipients:"

Now I have it all set up right. Its been the same always. I have tried
using version 8, 8.1, 8.5, and even 7 and get the same error.

I have tried removing the contact from my list and re-adding it.

I even had the other contact remove me and re-add me.

The error still ALWAYS happens.

my contact told me she gets sms from her other contacts from msn ....

I suspected it was something to do with my @canada,com account that wouldnt
send sms properly.

so i made a new account with @hotmail.com and tried sending sms to a contact
and it worked fine.

------------

So... what is going on all of a sudden that my one account ( @canada.com )
will not send sms anymore to my contacts ...... ? and any other account I use
@hotmail.com DOES work.

Can somebody please shed some light on this issue?

are we only support to sign in with microsoft ID's now ?

Please let me know ASAP, because this doesn't make any sense.

Thank you.

Greetings,

It has less to do with your account and more to do with the continual problems with MSN
Mobile.

All of this is done server-side so there really isn't much you can do. Usually these types
of problems just end up being fixed on themselves as they're usually localized to a specific
group of accounts.

You can e-mail MSN Mobile, but by the time it's escalated, the problem most likely will be
corrected.
