my laptop has EISA configuration which occupies 65 MB of my basic DISK
as a partition.
what exactly is that and how can i remove that.

It is probably a recovery / utility partition from the laptop
manufacturer. I found several informative hits by Googling "eisa
configuration partition". Probably best to just leave it alone unless
it is causing a problem of some kind.
