I was working in Vista Windows Explorer when I accidently dragged and dropped
a folder. I have no idea which folder it was or to which folder it went into.
Is there a log to find out what got moved?

Is there a way of making Vista ask the question “Are you sure you want to
move these files” before it does it?

Ctrl-Z would have undone the move, if you had immediately done it.

Hi, Madock.

Too late to help this time, but in the future, hold down the right mouse
button as you drag. When you release it, there will be a small context
window from which you can choose between Copy here and Move here.

Not exactly your problem, I know, but it allows a moment's reflection, just
as an "Are you Sure?" box might do.
