In Microsoft Press' Windows Vista Inside Out chapter 7 (Finding and Organizing Files and Information), Figure 7-12 shows a User Folder (Craig) highlighted in the navigation pane of Windows Explorer as well as hidden registry files and shortcuts such as NTUSER.DAT, NetHood, PrintHood, SendTo, etc. When I try to see the contents of a User folder (Owner in my case) logged on as administrator with "Show hidden folders" checked, I can only see the AppData folder and two ntuser.log files. How can I see the hidden registry files and shortcuts as shown in the manual? Thanks. |
