Hi, I am usimng an ABit MB - afatre a few hours randomly the network connection fails. It refuses to be reset or repaired and only fixes itself. The router works fine for the other machines connected. I don't use DHCP and it only seesm to have started in the last couple of weeks. Any suggestions? Thanks Frank |

Hi It might be an onboard Network card failure. If the board uses nVidia chipset make sure that the nVidia Firewall is Not installed. Otherwise, to rule out card failure try a PCI network card.
