I installed an HP printer. When I experienced some problems I downloaded the latest driver from HP, which would not install. The fix according to HPs site is to rename the file hpbmini.dll and then attempt the driver install. I keep on getting a permission error, I switched off UAC but I still do not have permission to rename the file, I have full Administrator rights on my PC. |

Right click CMD.exe and click Run as Administrator, This puts you higher up in the system, You should be able to rename the file now.
