I tried to install my HP Deskjet 3940, which is just plug and play, into Windows Vista however, although it installed I can't print anything. I tried to delete the documents and then the printer but it refuses to disappear to allow me to try and reinstall. Any help or suggestions on how to install and actually be able to print would be very appreciated. I also downloaded the converter file so that I could use an older version of Word. But no luck.
