I have a brandnew installation of Vista Business 64 bit. Installed all 64 bit printer drives and printing works fine from Office and printing test pages. Quickbooks 2008 and Quicken 2008 have intermittend problems. (95% of the time not working) After starting a print job from within these applications these jobs simply get 'lost'. Nothing in the printer queue, print jobs seem to just drop from the surface of the earth. Somtimes QuickBooks can print, I have not isolated what turns it on or off. QuickBooks support is not existend. Does anybody have any advise? Greatly appreciated. |
