While at the command prompt in VISTA I am unable to change the prompt from
C:\windows\sysWOW64 to C:\windows\vbscript.dll to allow installation of
software for the Blackberry to sync.

I located the file in SysWOW64 and not sure if it is also trying to register
vbscript. How do I change the directory according to corrective actions by
Blackberry.

vbscript.dll is a file, not a directory. You can't change to a file.

If you describe exactly what it is that Blackberry is trying to have you do,
we might be able to help, but really that's something you should be asking
them.
