The Windows SDK (ISO download) for the September CTP of .NET 3.0 and Windows Vista should be available via Connect today (if it's not there already). Also, the ISO download is currently "in process" on the Download Center. It should be available by Friday (hopefully sooner). Unfortunately, there will not be a "web setup" for this CTP of the Windows SDK due to unforeseen issues with one of our externally contributed components. We apologize for this inconvenience.
